Sanchez Bakery started as a small family dream in 1998 — a corner oven, a handful of recipes passed down through generations, and a simple belief that the best things in life are made slowly and by hand.
Today, we're still that same family bakery on Opal Street. Every croissant is folded by hand. Every loaf is proofed the old way. And every customer who walks through our door is treated like a regular — because you are.
